CHAPTER II REGULATION OF FOREIGN CONTRIBUTION AND FOREIGN HOSPITALITY
3. Prohibition to accept foreign contribution. 4. Persons to whom section 3 shall not apply. 5. Procedure to notify an organisation of a political nature. 6. Restriction on acceptance of foreign hospitality. 7. Prohibition to transfer foreign contribution to other person. 8. Restriction to utilise foreign contribution for administrative purpose. 9. Power of Central Government to prohibit receipt of foreign contribution, etc., in
certain cases. 10. Power to prohibit payment of currency received in contravention

House Church worship stopped by Police in Karwar, Karnataka.

Ramnagar police sub Inspector Mr. Babu Madhar on 3rd September’10 forcefully entered the house church of Pastor P R Jose and ordered the pastor to stop the service immediately. There were about 40 believers worshiping God during the time of the incident.
The name of the house church is Calvary fellowship prayer centre and is located in Ganeshgudi village in Joida talaku, Karwar district. This church was established about 10 years back.  read more »
