CHAPTER II REGULATION OF FOREIGN CONTRIBUTION AND FOREIGN HOSPITALITY
3. Prohibition to accept foreign contribution. 4. Persons to whom section 3 shall not apply. 5. Procedure to notify an organisation of a political nature. 6. Restriction on acceptance of foreign hospitality. 7. Prohibition to transfer foreign contribution to other person. 8. Restriction to utilise foreign contribution for administrative purpose. 9. Power of Central Government to prohibit receipt of foreign contribution, etc., in
certain cases. 10. Power to prohibit payment of currency received in contravention
of the Act.

Committee failed to finalise chargesheet against Justice Dinakaran ?

A three-member committee headed by a Supreme Court judge on Sunday remained undecided on the chargesheet to be issued against Chief Justice-designate of Sikkim High Court Justice P D Dinakaran, facing impeachment proceedings in Parliament.
