ISIS Shows Preschooler Killing Victim Tied to Carnival Ball Pit

After an end-of-the-year video showing pre-teens hunt down and kill bound prisoners in an abandoned building, the Islamic State today released an even more gory follow-up with children as young as preschool age murdering prisoners tied to broken carnival rides.

The 18-minute highly produced video out of ISIS' Khayr province in Syria was distributed through publicly accessible Islamic State media channels, social media and file-sharing sites, including Google Drive and, briefly, YouTube.

Her Excellency spoke about the different areas of cooperation between the Ministry of Social Affairs and the Syriac Orthodox Patriarchate, especially through St. Ephrem Patriarchal Development Committee (EPDC).
His Holiness also gave an overview of the numerous developmental projects that the Patriarchate is executing. He emphasized that these projects aim at creating job opportunities to the Syrian people, helping them survive during the crisis and remain in their country. He stressed that the Patriarchate and EPDC are working also on training the youth to learn skills which would enable them develop their careers and find better jobs.

ISIS has claimed responsibility for a deadly suicide bombing on Monday at a Kurdish wedding party in northeast Syria, the latest violent act to destabilize the embattled country.At least 22 people were killed and dozens more wounded in the explosion near the city of Hasaka, according to the UK-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights. The groom was among those killed, SOHR founder Rami Abdulrahman said.
