Hinduvta extremists on June 13th decapitated the statue of Saint Michael the Archangel and the Statue of Mary was damaged and placed upside down.
A saffron flag was placed near the damaged statues.
GCIC renews appeals to the administration for protection of the places of Christian worship. These desecration by the Hinduvta extremists wound the religious sentiments of the Christian minority community.

The Secular fabric of our country is in serious peril with the continuous anti-Christian sentiments and the lack of political will to reign in these communal elements.
