Ramnagar police sub Inspector Mr. Babu Madhar on 3rd September’10 forcefully entered the house church of Pastor P R Jose and ordered the pastor to stop the service immediately. There were about 40 believers worshiping God during the time of the incident.
The name of the house church is Calvary fellowship prayer centre and is located in Ganeshgudi village in Joida taluk, Karwar district. This church was established about 10 years back.

The police warned them strictly to close down the house church as they are converting people. The police also threaten them to be arrested if they continue worshiping in their house church.

GCIC Impact

The police officer today visited the house church and asked Pastor P R Jose to to continue the worship. The police has also promised protection for the worship on Sunday.
